Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Afilli Homes e.U., Salzburgerstrasse 43, 5500 Bischofshofen, info@afilli-homes.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to Afilli Homes e.U., Salzburgerstrasse 43, 5500 Bischofshofen. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

End of the Right of Withdrawal Information

Please avoid damage and contamination. Return the goods in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and all packaging parts. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. The right of withdrawal applies even if you do not comply with this request.
